2019 Freshman Parent Meeting The Wayne High School Counseling Department would like to invite 8th grade students and their parents to the annual incoming freshman scheduling meeting on Tuesday, February 19th at 6:30 p.m. in the Wayne High School cafeteria. Graduation requirements, programs, and courses will be presented to aid students in completing their freshman course requests.
Weisenborn Outdoor Track Team parent/student Informational meeting Any student interested in spring track should plan to attend an informational parent/student meeting on Wednesday, February 20th at 7:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. It is important that both student-athletes and a parent/guardian attend this meeting. Please see Coach Andre in room A204 with any questions.
Crime Watch meeting Thursday, February 21st after school in the cafeteria. Please arrange for transportation.

Weisenborn Book Fair Online book fair - Sunday, February 24th through Saturday, March 9th; Book Fair in the ITC - Monday, March 4th through Friday, March 8th (8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.); Family Night - Tuesday, March 5th (6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
For 8th grade students who intend to join Wayne High School 2019 Marching Band/Warriorettes There will be an informational parent/student meeting regarding the Disney World trip on Monday, February 25th at 7:00 p.m. in the Wayne High School Performing Arts Center. Band Concert Wednesday, February 27th in the cafeteria. 7th grade performs at 7:00 p.m. and 8th grade performs at 8:00 p.m. Please use the gym doors to enter.

Important Reminder Due to the construction at the corner of Fishburg Road and Troy Pike, we are asking all students to use the designated crosswalks in front of the school with the crossing guards to cross Troy Pike. Please do not use the intersection by the construction area if at all possible. Students are not to cross Fishburg Road by the car wash. Thank you!
Poster & Writing Contest The Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office is sponsoring a poster and writing contest as part of their "violence prevention program". Prizes will be awarded to everyone who enters. Entry forms are available in the main office, and are due to their office by Monday, March 18th.
