Department of Nutrition Services

WELCOME to the Huber Heights City Schools Nutrition Service Department. On our website you will find all the information pertaining to your students school lunch program. If you are unable to obtain the information you are looking for, you may contact the Nutrition Service Department between the hours of 6:00 am – 2:00 pm at (937) 237-6398 or via email to Kasey Wonderly at Kasey.Wonderly@huberheightscityschools.org.


USDA Non-Discrimination Statement Update

Meal Payment Information

Please ensure your student has lunch money each day for his/her lunch. There are three options available to secure funds for lunch:

(1) send money in with your student

(2) by check payable to Huber Heights City Schools

(3) pay online using a credit/debit card - PayForIt
It could take up to 24 hours to appear on your student's lunch account.

Please note: USDA Required Charge Policy in effect 7/1/2017 permits students to charge lunches as needed.  See policy

If there are special circumstances regarding your student's lunch account, please call the Nutrition Service office before your student(s) lunch time. We will be glad to assist you in any way possible to make sure your student receives their lunch.

The Nutrition Service Department hours are 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. each day. Please call the Nutrition Service Department at 937-237-6398 if you have questions regarding your student's lunch account.
