Parent accounts You will need a registration key to create a Parent Viewer account. To obtain the registration key or if you have an existing account but have forgotten your username, password, or need further assistance please email kris.yearsley@myhhcs.org

Student accounts All WJHS students have an account. For most, their username and password are the same as their computer log-in (minus the dot in the username).  If you are unable to log-in with this information, please email kris.yearsley@myhhcs.org

Weisenborn JHS News & Reminders

Two-hour early dismissal  Friday, April 23rd (interim reports).  Interim reports for 4th quarter will be available for viewing in Progress Book on Friday, April 30th after 3:00 p.m. 

Breakfast and lunch meal bags are available for pick-up every school day for HHCS students from 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.  You may go to whatever building is most convenient for your family and pick up all your students' meals at one building (bags limited to 1 per student).  All students are eligible for free breakfast and lunch.

Ohio State Testing schedules are now available for all students in grade K-12. Testing will begin the week of April 12th after students return from Spring Recess. Please be on the lookout for more information from building principals about testing procedures and helpful resources for students and families.

WHS Talent Show April 23 Flyer

Prepare to be entertained! Wayne's High School's freshman class will once again be hosting the WHS Talent Show on April 23rd at 6 pm. While in-person seats will be reserved for students, staff, and performers' families, a livestream of the event will be open to the public. The viewing cost is $12 per household.

Open Auditions for Winter Festival Short Plays

to be held Tuesday, October 27,2020 from 6-7PM in the Wayne High School Performing Center

Sign Up to Audition Required.

The two productions that are accepting students grade 7-8 are: 20 Commercials for TV and One Stoplight Town.  Additional information can be found on the Wayne HS Fine and Performing Arts Website.

Bell Schedules for Tuesday, February 16th (Remote Learning Day)

 Tuesday, February 16th will be a remote learning day for all HHCS students, including our students served by specialized classrooms (MD/ED). Students should follow the same remote learning schedule they have been using on remote Wednesdays.

CLOSED Friday, February 5

Huber Heights City Schools will be CLOSED today, February 5, due to icy roads, sidewalks and parking lots. Due to the scheduled two hour early dismissal, a two hour delay is not an option. Please be safe if traveling and have a great weekend.

Online Learning Schedule for WJHS Students

Weisenborn is currently using the 100% online learning schedule that was used earlier in the school year.  This provides time in the middle of the day for students to get small group and/or one-on-one assistance from teachers.  We will follow this bell schedule until further notice.  Students must log into class on time and will be marked absent if they are over 10 minutes late.

Weisenborn JHS Virtual Science Fair Information for 2020

Science Fair 2020

Students, this year's science fair will be held virtually both at Weisenborn and for the HHCS district.  This is an OPTIONAL activity that will be considered extra credit for the 3rd quarter for general teachers but is mandatory for the physical science class.  The projects will need to be submitted by Tuesday, December 8th. There is a district science fair google classroom that contains timelines, meeting dates for help, slide show presentation template and various other resources to help you along the way.  The code to join the classroom is q65lx4z. You will need to make your own copy of any materials you use from this classroom.   Due to the science fair being virtual there are two options.

Important information for 8th graders about scheduling classes for next year was emailed to families on Thursday, February 18th.  8th graders will schedule this week and 7th graders will schedule the week of March 1st.

Annual Student Update

 If you have multiple students, you will need to complete the Annual Student Update forms for each student. Annual Student Update replaces the beginning of year forms that are normally completed on paper. You do not need to complete Annual Student Update forms if your student is newly enrolled in the district for the 2020-21 school year.

Reminders About the Safety Procedures at WJH

The signs that were outside in the fall will not be in place but teachers reminded students last week about which door they should use.  Also, there will be several adults outside to assist students.

Important Reminder Regarding Annual Student Update

All HHCS parents should have received a letter from Mr. Basora regarding completing the paperwork for the Annual Student Update. If you have not already submitted this information, please do so soon.  The district will restrict student access to district-owned Google accounts and devices starting Monday, November 9th for families that have not submitted the required information.
