Pandemic EBT benefit deadline

The eligibility deadline for pandemic EBT benefits is September 18. All meal benefit applications must be completed by this date. Only students who qualify for free or reduced meals will qualify for these benefits. EBT benefits are issued through the state of Ohio and not the HHCS Nutrition Department. https://www.lunchapplication.com/

Meal bag distribution

Meal bags containing breakfast and lunch will be distributed Monday through Friday from 8 - 9 a.m. at the front entrance of Weisenborn Junior High, Charles Huber Elementary, Monticello Elementary, Rushmore Elementary, Valley Forge Elementary and Wright Brothers Elementary.

Meal bag distribution for Wayne High School will be Monday through Friday from 9:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the student entrance.

Highlights include

  • Everybody on school grounds wearing a face covering at all times, with several exceptions
  • Deep cleaning of all high-touch surfaces on a daily basis
  • Students starting the school year online and then gradually returning to the classroom
  • Youngest learners gradually returning to the classroom in week three and increases until all students return to the building at the end of the first quarter
  • Students having the option to remain online all year long
  • All students will be issued a Chromebook or tablet for the school year
  • Parents do not need to enroll their students on the Warrior Team

HHCS now accepting online student registration

HHCS are now enrolling all new students to the district for the 2020-21 school year in grades K-12 using Registration Gateway. HHCS will no longer accept any paper enrollment forms or registration packets. Studebaker Preschool will not use Registration Gateway for new students. Studebaker has reached full capacity for the 2020-21 school year. If you would like to have your child added to Studebaker's wait list, please call Mrs. Keller at 937-237-6345. Health Services Reminder To Parents Of 6th Grade Students From The Nurses And Clinic

There are two vaccines required by the Ohio Department of Health for all incoming 7th Grade Students for Fall 2019 – A diphtheria, pertussis, and tetanus (Tdap) booster.  This immunization needs to have been given after August 2014. The first Dose of the Meningococcal (MCV4) vaccine is required vaccine for students attending Ohio schools entering 7th grade starting Fall 2016.
