Huber Heights City Schools has set dates for picking up blizzard bags and Chromebooks.
Families of students in grades Pre-K - 2 can pick-up blizzard bags on Friday, April 3 from 4 - 8 p.m. at their respective schools. Please try to arrive during your designated time for health and safety reasons. Students with last names A - H are scheduled from 4 - 5 p.m., last names I - P from 5 - 6 p.m., last names Q - Z from 6 - 7 p.m., and anyone who is not able to make their assigned time can arrive from 7 - 8 p.m.
Families of students in grades 3 - 12 who do not have a computer can pick-up Chromebooks on Monday, April 13 from 4 - 8 p.m. at their respective schools. Please try to arrive during your designated time for health and safety reasons. Students with last names A - H are scheduled from 4 - 5 p.m., last names I - P from 5 - 6 p.m., last names Q - Z from 6 - 7 p.m., and anyone who is not able to make their assigned time can arrive from 7 - 8 p.m.
We are providing one Chromebook for every two students. For example, families with three students receive two Chromebooks; families with four students receive two Chromebooks; families with five students receive three Chromebooks; and families with more than five students will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please go to each student’s respective building with your photo ID to pick-up a Chromebook. Contact your student’s principal if you did not complete the technology survey that was previously sent out or if you have additional questions.
