Public Participation - IDEA-B FUNDINGĀ 

Huber Heights City Schools receives federal IDEA Part B funds for support of its Special Education Program. The district is providing an opportunity to the public for its proposed use of its Part B funds. A meeting for public input is scheduled for May 17, 2021 at 4:15 to 5:15 pm at the Huber Heights City Schools Board of Education Office located at 5954 Longford Road.

Grades 8-12 Summer School Information Flyer

Summer School Opportunities for Students in Grades 8-12:

  • Session A: June 7-25
  • Session B: July 12-30
  • EOC Bootcamp: July 6-12
  • EOC Exams: Week of July 13

WHS Talent Show April 23 Flyer

Prepare to be entertained! Wayne's High School's freshman class will once again be hosting the WHS Talent Show on April 23rd at 6 pm. While in-person seats will be reserved for students, staff, and performers' families, a livestream of the event will be open to the public. The viewing cost is $12 per household.

Spring Testing Schedules

Ohio State Testing schedules are now available for all students in grade K-12. Testing will begin the week of April 12th after students return from Spring Recess. Please be on the lookout for more information from building principals about testing procedures and helpful resources for students and families.

ACT Testing for Juniors March 9

On Tuesday March 9th, eleventh grade students will be taking the ACT test at Wayne HS. ALL Junior class students, in-person AND online should come to Wayne Tuesday, March 9th, for testing in the building. All students should be in the building and in their testing rooms by 7:50 am.

Freshman, sophomores and seniors will learn from home that day.

Triple P - Positive Parenting Program

The Montgomery County Educational Service Center’s Social and Emotional Learning team will continue to offer their new parenting program, Triple P through March. The program is virtual, with each date offering expertise and insight on a different parenting topic. Seminars for parenting both children ages 0-12 and teens 13+ are held via Zoom and any parent in Montgomery County is eligible to attend for FREE!

CLOSED Friday, February 5

Huber Heights City Schools will be CLOSED today, February 5, due to icy roads, sidewalks and parking lots. Due to the scheduled two hour early dismissal, a two hour delay is not an option. Please be safe if traveling and have a great weekend.
