Director of Curriculum and Instruction

The Department of Curriculum and Instruction is responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of all subject matter. Gifted services, Instructional technology, educational media, textbook and instructional resource purchases, staff development, CIP, CCIP and federal programs are also under the umbrella of this department. The District Science Fair, District Spelling Bee, and Project Lead the Way (PLTW) are coordinated by the Department of Curriculum and Instruction.

The Ohio School Report Card data shows stakeholders where schools and districts are succeeding as well as areas that are in need of improvement. In the link below, you will find a presentation that provides district-level performance in critical components such as achievement, progress, graduation rate, K-3 literacy, and gifted.
