Student registration

Beginning Thursday, April 9, 2020 from 5 – 8 p.m., parents may pick up a registration packet for kindergarten students only in the entrance way to Central Office at the Studebaker building on Longford Road. Please only one adult per family and no children. The packet will contain the registration forms and a list of the supporting documents parents will need to present at a later date.

Beginning Thursday, April 16, 2020 from 5 – 8 p.m. and each Thursday after that, parents can begin picking up and returning completed registration packets for all grades. There will be specific boxes set up in the entrance way designated for pick up or return. Again, please only one adult per family and no children. Parents may return the completed registration packet without turning in the supporting documents at this time. Parents will be notified once the district is able to return to the building and accept visitors to make copies of those supporting documents. The enrollment packet and the supporting documents need to be complete in order for students to be considered for enrollment.

Parents of Studebaker Preschool students will be given a kindergarten registration packet, if you child is eligible for kindergarten for the 2020-21 school year, at the next Blizzard Bag pick-up day. You do not need to come to Central Office to pick up a packet on the before-mentioned pick-up days.

There is a change in entrance birth date for the 2020-21 school year. Effective with the 2020-21 school year, students need to be 5 on or before August 1, 2020 in order to enroll in kindergarten.

You can email Pam Moore, K-6 registrar, with specific questions at pamela.moore@myhhcs.org.
