Seniors, check the list on Mrs. Stacy's door H217 to make sure the yearbook has your portrait and to verify the spelling/punctuation of your name. Please notify her of any name mistakes by February 3rd.
Share your memories, thoughts, and advice in the yearbook through our Senior Survey. You can also send in candids from high school and elementary school. GSA is a social, support, and educational club for anyone who identifies with the LGBTQ+ community and for anyone who are Allies to the LGBTQ+ community.
We will be having a Guest Speaker on February 8, 2023. Rick Flynn from the Dayton LGBT Center will be sharing resources the LGBT Center offers that help support the LGBTQ+ Community and their Allies.

Any student wishing to attend the Winter Formal you only have 6 days left to purchase tickets. Purchase your tickets through Ticket Spicket!
For those students wishing to purchase a Winter Formal ticket with cash- they may do so at the following times ONLY- Feb 6th, 8th, 10th after school in the main office until 3:20pm on each of those days.

Our FIRST BLOOD DRIVE of the 2023 year is Tuesday, February 21st, 2023 at Wayne High School in the small gym (9AM - 1PM).
If you would like to DONATE BLOOD on this day, please fill out the following Google Form: (NOTE: You have to be 16 years old or older)
WE NEED YOUR BLOOD! Wayne is a MAJOR supplier for the Community Blood Center; we are one of their biggest schools! If you can donate, do it! I promise it is not scary!
ALSO: here are more perks to signing up you can share with your students:
*You will receive the BLOOD CORD at graduation if you attempt to donate blood at least THREE times throughout high school :) You will also be entered in a drawing to win MONEY!
*ANYONE who signs up to donate will be entered into a raffle for a pair of Beats headphones
*ANYONE who signs up to donate will have a tree planted in Uganda. This program supports Ugandan farmers and restores the land.
*Everyone who signs up to donate gets a super rad T-shirt. #DOPE

PASTA FOR PENNIES CAMPAIGN! HAS BEGUN
The 4th period results so far are:
1st PLACE: Mr. Stewart
2nd PLACE: Mr. McCollum
3rd PLACE: Ms. Heiber
We will begin our campaign to help raise funds for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society. This will be a competition between 4th period classes. The winning class will receive a Pasta Party from Olive Garden! We will collect the following dates
Monday, Feb. 6, Wednesday, Feb. 8, and Friday, Feb. 10
Friday, February 17 we will host a Staff vs. Student Basketball Challenge! This will be a PAY assembly and students will pay $1 to attend.
